전혀 요리를 할 것 같지 않은 아저씨 주방장. 혼자 이리저리 음식만들면서 주문하면 '40분 걸려요.'를 말하는 그가 있는 곳. 테이블은 고작 4개 그리고 오픈 키친. 근처에 지나갈일 있다면 한번 쯤 들려서 음악과 음식에 몸을 맡겨도 괜찮을 것 같다고 말하고싶다. PM 11:00
